Strogino CS Portal

Hello guys, I have a problem with the gmod since I installed it and it worked normally until I decided to update it with the auto update but when it finishes updating it gives an error that says engine error (no steam user) I update it again it was less I execute but instead of having the normal menu this happens

Reinstall game and do not use updater. I will try to solve the problem, but it will not be fast.

Please fix a solution to this problem, also "no steamuser"
