Steps to the solution:
To allow the game in security mode: Open Windows Security , go to Virus & threat protection > Protection history . Find the block and select "Actions" > "Allow".
To add an exception: Go to Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Exclusions > Add exceptions.exe . Select the game's folder or file.
Adjust firewall rule: Search for " Windows Defender Firewall ", click on "Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall" and allow the game for private/public networks.

We didn't have any troyans. My be it is a false positive.
