ProcName value not found on command line or in rev.ini please edit the file

How to fix it:
1. In game folder find and open rev.ini via Notepad
2. Then click in top menu: File >> Save as
3. In opened window choose:

- "ANSI" in "Encoding"
- "All files" in "Save as type"
- Click on rev.ini
