Hey, uhh, why does your Garry's Mod app have 2 PUAs (Potentially Unwated Apps)? When I installed GMod, it had PUA:Win32/Presenoker and PUA:Win32/GameHack (That's what my Windows 10 22h2 said). Can you fix it?

No. it's game crack/hack. if you dont want it just buy game on steam.
