Error when launching GMOD tried everything

Hi everyone.
I downloaded the gmod installation from your official torrent.
Turned off my antivirus (Windows Defender) & steam and installed, ran updater & patcher.
I get this error:
What should I do to fix it?
I am running on windows 11.
