I know when it works and when not. You can join to server only when that server is in your favorites servers. When there is not, you cannot connect to him, even over the console.

Add game folder to exclude list in your antivirus and windows defender

Still the same, i add folder to list in Windows defender and firewall is off too and still the same.

It is very strange. Try restart computer. And run updater again.
