I need help everytime when i run gmod the game crashed and gives me engine error

can someone help i get this error everytime when i want to update garry's mod it says ''The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found.Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.'' i turned off antivirus and reinstalled the program multiple times but nope it's still the same
