i think i fixed it (or maybe not)
when you join a server the server will register the name even if you changed it by the app or manually
cuz youre joining by the same ip address
it stays the same name you joined with it first time
in conclusion:
this problem cannot be fixed

but still. it isnt working my username is still noob on the server

it tried it but it worked on singleplayer only
when i join a server my username still says noob

most servers or i would say all are either empty or broken
so i created this for people to share their own servers they have
it must:
be not empty (aka has activity)
works on version 2025.05.09 or older (if youre unsure check your gmod version and see if the server works)
the language must be english

i changed my username and it works when i play singleplayer but when i join a server my username is still noob
also most servers does not work like meta construct. is it a game issue or a connection issue ?
